Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?
Yes, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid government-issued ID and sign for all alcohol deliveries.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, federal law requires a physical address for the delivery of alcoholic beverages; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What happens if my bottle arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is breakage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we offer premium gift packaging and personalized notes for most bottles. You can select these options at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Why can't you ship to my specific state?
